The upcoming Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City is coming to the PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. Some fans were also curious to see if the survival-horror title would also come out on the Nintendo Wii U. When asked about the possibility of a port to the next-genration console (with local multiplayer included), Christian Svensson doesn’t seen to enthused. When asked to further explain why a Nintendo Wii U port for Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City is unlikely, he responded with the following:
I can’t give more detail as to why I feel it is unlikely as it would provide too much information. In time, you’ll see. Sorry to be so cryptic. :(
Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City will be released for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 in North America on March 20th. The PC version is slated to launch on May 18th.
