We start of the morning with some drizzle and fog as a weak occluded front(weather geek for when a cold front overtakes a warm front) moves through this morning. It should be gone after the morning rush and we’ll break out in sunshine by lunchtime. Highs will be around the lower 50s, but fall back into the 40s in the afternoon thanks to a gusty northwest wind around 20mph at times.
Tonight the winds subside and it will be mostly clear with lows into the upper 20s(lower 20s in the cold spots). Saturday we’ll have a west wind that helps us warm up close to 50 degrees before clouds increase in the afternoon with an area of low pressure that will ride along the coastline, but pass us by to the south on Sunday. However it will be cloudy with a chance of some light snow mixing with some rain the farther south you go across Southern NJ and Philly(best chance for DE, MD, and DC)
President’s Day looks to be seasonable with sunshine and highs into the lower 40s.
Have a great Friday, a great weekend, and be sure to follow my updates on my Facebook Weather Page!
