Grilled yogurt cheese
1/2 cup of low fat yogurt
2 tablespoons of shredded cabbage
11/2 tablespoons of grated carrot
1 green chilli, deseeded and chopped
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon of fresh mint paste
4 slices of brown bread
- Beat the yogurt well and add the shredded cabbage, carrot, chilli, salt and pepper. Mix them well.
- Spread the yogurt mix on side of the bread slice and spread some mint paste on another bread slice.
- Now press both the bread slices together like a sandwich and grill in a sandwich toaster till brown. Normal oven can also be used.
- Cut into 3 fingers and serve hot with ketchup.
