A brand new TV spot for The Hunger Games movie is making the rounds online, and features some exciting new glimpses of previously never-before-seen footage.
The new 45-second TV spot includes extended shots of Katniss hunting and spending time with Gale, plus plenty of looks at District 12. We see Katniss with her mother, children attending the Reaping, another tender moment with Rue.
But perhaps most exciting, we see Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) as “the boy with the bread.” A short clip shows him tossing burned bread out, including a hunk towards a very desitute looking Katniss — a scene fans remember well from the book. (Though in the book, the characters were children — in the clip it appears they are teens, a detail fans guessed previously based on a still image that was released last year.)
Finally, the new TV spot features a quick shot of Katniss sleeping in a bed, as the train speeds her towards the Capitol.
