“Time makes more converts than reason.” -Thomas Paine
Mainstream media is loaded with free press about the latest two “promoted front runner’ puppets. Romney is of course backed by Goldman Sachs and other bailed out banks, Newt has the support of other “career politicians” and good ole boys that have benefited by corrupt government corporate welfare. Rick Santorum is in the news claiming he’s “in it for the long run” despite reports that he’s getting low on campaign funds but little or nothing is said about Ron Paul.
Ron Paul had the best rebuttal of Obama’s campaign, err State of the Union address. GOP spokesman Mitch Daniels said, “If we drift quarreling and paralyzed, over a Niagara of debt, we will all suffer.” This was only thing worth taking away from his response.
It’s surprising to see all the pundits supporting Gingrich and Romney-it only goes to show their intelligence quotient. Don’t buck the system; keep the taxpayer under your thumb is the motto of the two-party-system. These candidates (Newt in particular) are the wealthiest on Capitol Hill thanks to lobbyists. Here’s an insiders view:
After Congress shelved the controversial PIPA and SOPA bills, Chris Dodd, President of the Motion Picture Association of America told Fox News:
“Those who count on quote ‘Hollywood’ for support need to understand that this industry is watching very carefully who’s going to stand up for them when their job is at stake. Don’t ask me to write a check for you when you think your job is at risk and then don’t pay any attention to me when my job is at stake.”
The clear choice
The good news is that Ron Paul does not, has not and will not take money from lobbyists, therefore he is the only candidate that can actually make a change in Washington because he’s no obligated to companies. His loyalty is to the Constitution, freedom and liberty that are supposed to be provided by the government- not taken away.
