Visualization and Vision Boards: A vision board is a physical representation of your dreams and goals – typically designed with images and affirmations that reflect your goals and desires. Visualization is the technique used to focus on these images to change your thinking.
Gratitude: Gratitude for the good things in your life is believed to be the cornerstone of the Law of Attraction as it releases positive energy to the Universe activating this powerful law that states “like energy attracts like energy.”
